While we were in Kansas for Sean and Molly’s amazing wedding, we also got to shoot Chris and Melynda’s engagement session. These guys are getting married outside Vail next summer, so it was great that we had the opportunity to shoot their engagement at home. Melynda picked the J.C Nichols Fountain in Downtown KC, as well as The National Golf Club a bit out of the city. We’re all about new venues, so it was a total treat.
Chris and Melynda were a ton of fun. She is so evocative with her facial expressions, and you can just see by Chris’s big grins how stoked he is!
The fountain was great to shoot around on a hot day.
While hot and humid, Chris and Melynda had great weather. If anything, things were a little bright without shades on!
Jax is a happy dog!
